A web service for initiating phone calls

I work for a small bank and we offer a service where customers can receive the balances by text message, we'd also like to send voice balance alerts.

I presume the web service would enable you to pass in the number and the text that you'd like spoken, possibly even the time you'd like it to be initiated. I don't know how the voice generation would work and we'd have to call the web service over a https connection as the information being passed is sensitive.

I hope this is possible!

Extensive Country List Service

I would like to see more information added into the country list webservice, so as well as the 2 and 3 char codes we could have ISO numerical number, official language, statistics such as GDP and population etc

Time Zone Web Service

I would like to see a service where you can provide a location (address) and get the time zone for that location

I need the ability to set expiry dates for keys in

I plan to sell a web-based software bundled with TheWebService as an add-in. I license my application on a per-company-per-month basis and plan to set a $2 per company per day limit.

If they decide they no longer want to use my software I'd like to automatically expire the license key so they can no longer use the service.

Is this possible?

Generate documentation in XML format

It would be great if you provide a feed for your documentation so that we can consume the XML feed ourselves and publish the content to our websites.
